Serves: 2 fillets
 
Ingredients
  • 2 Fillets White Fish (I used Cod)
  • Tbsp The Great British Butcher Crunchy Curry Crumb
  • **if you want to make your own curry crumb**
  • A much simplfied version of the above:
  • 2tsp curry powder
  • ½tsp Coriander Seeds
  • ½tsp garlic powder
  • ½tsp ginger
  • ½tsp cinnamon
  • 1tbsp Breadcrumbs
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C Fan Assisted).
  2. If you are making your own Curry Crumb, combine all the dry ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Place the two fillets on a baking sheet and cover the top of each with about a tablespoon of the curry crumb.
  4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the fish is cooked through and the crumb has browned.
  5. Serve on a bed of salad (I had rocket, radish, tomatoes and some red onion) or with rice.
